Booking Terms

By submitting a booking request, you agree to be contacted by Jai Club for travel arrangements. Bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only after final communication and documentation.

Payment Terms

Payment details and schedules will be provided during the confirmation process. All payments must be made through authorized channels as specified by Jai Club.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 15 days before the travel date may be eligible for a partial refund as per the specific package terms. Cancellations within 15 days are typically non-refundable.

No Refund Conditions

Refunds are not applicable for no-shows or cancellations made after the specified deadlines. Weather-related disruptions or personal changes do not automatically qualify for refunds unless specifically covered by travel insurance.
